Fees

We operate our charges on an hourly basis.

Includes: Main and smaller hall, kitchen, and toilets.
Note: Committee Room available as an add-on for £5 per hour.

Payment must be made according to the schedule outlined in our Terms of Payment. Please note that bank transfer is our preferred method of payment, and cash is not accepted. Cheques are only accepted by prior arrangement at the time of booking.

If you choose to pay by cheque, please be aware that any bank charges resulting from a failed cheque will be the responsibility of the Hirer.

Your full hire fee and deposit are due no later than four weeks before your event. We do not send payment reminders, so we kindly ask you to ensure that your final payment is made on time. Failure to pay by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled, and the time slot offered to other hirers.

It is important to note that we do not supply bins at the Village Hall. The hirer is responsible for the disposal of any waste generated. The premises must be left as you would like to find it.
